Lauren Marie Riepl

Lauren has already been a valued part of our organization through her service as a committee member, and we are excited for her to continue making an impact in this new leadership role. Lauren is a dedicated community advocate, nonprofit professional, and historian with over 15 years of experience strengthening organizations and empowering communities. She is the CEO and Founder of Conscious Community Strategies, a consulting firm that partners with nonprofits and small businesses to provide grant writing, board training, fundraising guidance, and strategic culture coaching. Lauren holds three degrees in history from Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Oklahoma, including a master’s degree in Public History. She is deeply passionate about women’s history and amplifying the voices of underrepresented groups whose stories are yet to be told. With a broad passion for science, art, technology, and engineering, Lauren brings an interdisciplinary perspective to her work, bridging the past with the future. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is an active volunteer committed to bettering her community. She enjoys kayaking, hiking, cooking, and finding ways to connect people and ideas that build stronger, more inclusive communities.
